Thank you so much for the very prompt payment on the sale of my motorhome. Your cheque was recieved by first class post this morning, and is very much appreciated.

May I also take this opportunity to tell you that every one of your staff who has had occasion to deal with me since my purchase has been most helpful. I would particularly like to mention Jackie, the cheerful and patient lady who dealt with my several phone calls concerning my private registration plate at the time of purchase. Also the electrician at your service centre depot who quickly and efficiently and without fuss sorted some early electrical problems. And finally Tony who dealt with me quickly and kindly last Sunday, and of course you good self when you sold me the motorhome and now for helping with the sale. All of which has been much appreciated.
