 Hello Ryan

I hope this email finds you well, and you enjoyed your time off.

We came over on Friday afternoon, to have the gas leak and the 'central heating' checked out, seeing as we're going away in our motorhome tomorrow.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all that you've always done for us, Ryan, and to your colleagues who all stepped in to help us on Friday afternoon. Their efforts were VERY MUCH appreciated. The guy who was called in to test for the faults couldn't find a gas leak, despite giving both the gas locker and the inside of the gas taps cupboard a thorough check. As for the heating, your colleagues seem to think it's a faulty censor, which will have to be fixed down at Bridgwater. One of your colleagues told us that he would speak to you but he didn't see a problem with us having it fixed next time we're down that way - despite it being out of warranty by then. The warranty runs out at the beginning of December. Hopefully that won't be a problem.

I'd be really grateful if you could pass on our sincere thanks to all concerned. We couldn't have bought our motorhome from a better dealership. I'm sure you must cringe when my name appears in your inbox but we are truly grateful for all your help. Your customer service is second-to-none. Thank you!
