Hopefully you got the message we left for you on Saturday. We stopped by to say hello but also to say a big thank you for the excellent service we have received from West Country Motorhomes.

It really started from the first time we came to look at your selection of motorhomes. We explained that we were caravanners just looking to change to a motorhome and we roughly explained what we thought we needed. The salesman took us to the Sundance and showed us around before leaving us to look on our own for as long as we liked.
We got a few prices and went on our way calling in at some other dealers on the way back to North Devon.

After doing some homework and more visits to other dealers we then followed up with a second visit to West Country M.
We had another good look at the Sundance and decided that it seemed to tick all the right boxes for us. We then met you and after talking for a while you took us for a test drive. I think what impressed us most was that although you obviously were trying to get a sale we didn't feel under any pressure to buy. You also included our 8 year old son in the conversation several times including shaking his hand and letting him put the sold sign on the van once we had agreed the sale. (small things like this make a big difference!)

The good service continued in the week running up to collecting the motorhome. Every time we called yourself, the finance department or your workshop we received first class service.
The day came to collect it and we were greeted by you with a welcome drink for all 3 of us. This was a big day for us and the handover process was very relaxed with such a personal touch from yourself.

We took our new motorhome for a drive and parked up for some lunch. We then had a good look around and realised the waste pipe wasn't connected. We rang the number you gave us for the workshop and we were told to go straight away for them to look at it. The service we then received from them was fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us!

Since that day we have had several nights away in it (despite the weather) and we have deffinitely made the right choice.
We have just been back this weekend to have a few things looked at and once again, we got the excellent service of West Country Motorhomes.

It is so nice to find a dealer where the good service continues through to after sales.
