 Dear Sir,

My wife and I visited the NEC Show in the Autumn 2006 during which time we visited the Auto-Trail stand with the intention of just looking around to see the improvements that had been made to our model which we purchased in 2005. We were very impressed with what we saw and went on our way around the Show and made our usual courtesy visit to see Tony Vincent. We sat down chatting to him and finished up ordering a new 2007 Scout.

What a pleasure it is to deal with Tony. He is very honest and extremely professional in his approach. We were never pushed in to any agreement but given the opportunity to consider his offer before making a decision. When we attend your show room at Brent Knoll what a breath of fresh air when we meet Jenny, on reception, Tony's wife, she is so polite, courteous and cheerful whenever we call. Having spent the latter years of my working life as a Director, I am well aware that the majority of the public are quick to criticise or complain, but doing things right are accepted as the norm and therefor any good service is infrequently acknowleged by the customer.

We recently had to call on your staff at Turnpike Road for Warranty work. Kevin Barber could not have been more helpful in identifying our problems prior to passing onto the workshop where Kevin and Fran sorted out our problems - one of which being electrical, took a couple of days and many phone calls to the manufacturers to resolve. All is now well and I wish to pass on our grateful thanks for the efficient way that your staff have dealt with our problems and I am sure if there are any other minor snags I know that they will be dealt with efficiently in the future.
