Despite our frustrations that my wife and I have endured since ordering our 'Autotrail' in October 2006 we thank your company for the concern that your staff have shown towards us over an issue that was not of their making.

It was indeed interesting to share your views for the reason for the delivery delay on our recent visit to collect the vehicle.

Unfortunately the whole episode created extra work for Andy Davies and we are sorry that at times he endured our wrath over an issue that was not of his making. Andy has been a credit to your company for the professional way that he handled matters and always telephoned us when he said he would and kept us updated.

Please also convey our thanks to Kevin Davies in your service department, for his paitience, advice and the support that he gave to us over some of the 'modern gadgetry' in the vehicle that we were not familiar with. May we also thank the members of his team for their work on our vehicle.

Ever since purchasing our first motor home from your company we have always had excellent service.
