On our last visit for the habitation service, aircon and a whole host of other minor issues and some not so minor warranty issues Emma you took time a care pre booking to clarify exactly what was needed and Dan the execution of the work by your team and the time you have taken to explain the workings of the aircon and the repairs carried out even though my granddaughter would not stay still and your phone kept ringing the hand over was excellent.
